Challenging, inclusive, fun

We have designed playspaces at all scales – from regional destinations to local parks. As an industry member of Play Australia, we are committed to excellent play outcomes at all project scales.

In recent years, play theory has made a positive shift from no-risk play to play with acceptable levels of risk and challenge. Our play designs create thrilling and challenging experiences that meet Australian Standards and complement the landscape setting. Nature offers amenity, beauty, changeability and unpredictability. For these reasons, nature based play has inspired many of our play spaces to include natural features that provide varied play opportunities. Our designs use existing site features (such as slope) to make the play more challenging and engaging.

Our designs consider how the site is used and maintained, as these issues can lead to a play space no longer complying with the Australian Standards. We design accessible play opportunities for a range of different ages and abilities, and include a variety of both unstructured and structured play opportunities.
